How do I apply for a TTA account?
If you purchase a single item over $1,000.00 and you wish to request a TTA, enter your Tiffany & Co. charge account as the method of payment and then choose the TTA option provided during the checkout process. Credit Services will apply, if approved, the following standard TTA terms:
• $1,000 - $1,799: 6 months
• $1,800 - $2,699: 8 months
• $2,700 - $3,599: 10 months
• $3,600 or >: 12 months
If a tender type other than your Tiffany & Co. charge account is selected (e.g. Visa, Amex, etc.), you will not be eligible for a TTA on your order. If you are ordering multiple items, even if one or more units is valued over $1,000.00, you will not be eligible for a TTA on your order.
Please note that the standard TTA terms above are non-negotiable and selecting a TTA, along with your Tiffany & Co. charge account as the form of tender, does not guarantee approval. If Credit Services is unable to approve a request for a TTA, an e-mail will be sent to the employee within one business day indicating their request has been denied. TTA requests that are not approved will result in order cancellation and employees who still wish to purchase merchandise from the e-store will need to place a new order using a different form of tender. All items are subject to availability and will not be reserved for canceled orders.
If a TTA request is approved, the order will be processed to arrive within the standard timeframe of 7-10 business days.
