Can E-Store purchases be returned or exchanged?

Merchandise purchased through the US E-Store may be returned for credit to the original form of payment or exchanged for another item, if returned in salable condition within 30 days of receipt.  Some exclusions may apply, and merchandise marked final sale may not be returned or exchanged. 

 

Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging, including water seal stickers. Please note that merchandise showing any indication of wear or usage will result in the request for return/exchange being denied and the product will be shipped back to the employee. Only purchases made via the E-Store can be returned; all purchases made at the NJ employee store are final sale.

 

Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for any eligible E-Store purchase that you would like to return or exchange. Simply  click here  to print out a shipping label and drop off your package at the nearest UPS location.

 

Please note that a prepaid label is not included in the package you received.  

 

The return will be processed within approximately 10 business days from date of receipt.
