Can E-Store purchases be returned or exchanged?
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in salable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging (including water seal stickers) and in salable condition. Please note that merchandise showing any indication of wear or usage will result in the request for return/exchange being declined and the product will be shipped back to the employee. Only purchases made via the e-store can be returned; purchases made at the employee's retail location or in the NY or NJ employee store cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please mail your return to the Retail Service Center, 141 Parsippany Rd Whippany, NJ 079981 or you may drop off your merchandise to the New York or New Jersey Employee Store within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise should not be sent via interoffice mail. Purchasers with a sales receipt or proof of purchase will receive credit to the charge account utilized to make the original purchase.
Price reductions will occur periodically on e-Store merchandise. Merchandise is not eligible for return/refund due to price reduction and/or to receive a more favorable discount. Please refer to the Employee Purchase Program-Worldwide policy for additional details.
